The scientific retreat is scheduled on 31.05.- 02.06. (Tue-Thur) and organized by Jia Min Chin (jiamin.chin@univie.ac.at), Robert Woodward (robert.woodward@univie.ac.at) and Andreas Mautner (andreas.mautner@univie.ac.at).

Location: Bad Waltersdorf (Styria) at the H2O-Hoteltherme.

Students volunteering with organizational help please contact responsible PIs.

If you as a PI member have multiple panel affiliations and would like to attend the retreat of other panels as well, please reach out to the organizers and let them know as well, so they can plan accordingly!

Students are expected to attend at least two annual retreat events and participate for 2.5 days.

Information on ECTS allocation for the upcoming retreat:

Full participation for 2.5 days with poster or talk results in 2 ECTS.

The participation for 1-2 days with poster or talk results in 1 ECTs.

Shorter participation: no ECTS.
