Infographics are an ideal tool to visualize and explain complex research projects. Qualitative and quantitative data as well as research questions and results can be made accessible to the public.
For the third time the University of Vienna has launched an infographic competition and is calling for contributions. Postdocs and doctoral candidates of the University of Vienna are invited to submit an infographic related to their research. It should be the central aim of the infographic to make the research understandable for a broader audience.
Competition requirements
- Send your infographic and an abstract of 800-850 words (in English or in German) including the title, the name of your institution and your faculty to event.doktorat@univie.ac.at by the 4th of June 2021.
- Please submit your infographic as PDF or JPEG in landscape format (4:3) with a resolution of at least 152 dpi.
- Black and white as well as colorful infographics are allowed.
- Only infographics that have been created by the respective submitter will be accepted.
