The scientific retreat is scheduled on 12th-14th of May (Thu. -Sat.) and organized by Kai Hultzsch (kai.hultzsch@univie.ac.at) and Annette Rompel (annette.rompel@univie.ac.at).
Location: Frankenfels (Mostviertel) at the nature hotel Steinschaler Doerfl.
Students volunteering with organizational help please contact responsible PIs!
If you as a PI member have multiple panel affiliations and would like to attend the retreat of other panels as well, please reach out to the organizers and let them know as well, so they can plan accordingly!
Students are expected to attend at least two annual retreat events.
Information on ECTS allocation for the upcoming retreat:
Full participation for 2.5 days with poster or talk results in 2 ECTS.
The participation for 1-2 days with poster or talk results in 1 ECTs.
Shorter participation: no ECTS.
