DoSChem International Student Symposia

Once a year – typically in September– a group of students organizes a two-day symposium with high-profile speakers representing the scientific span of our faculty.

Besides our retreats this is the biggest event of the year which is completely organized by students for students and needs to be carefully planed in advance!

With hands-on experience, students are responsible of approaching and inviting external speakers of their choice, for organization of social program and catering. In this way, they are challenged with collective responsibility, organization skills and with the experience of how to deal with the fixed program budget.

The DoSChem values the effort and awards the organizing activity of involved students with ECTS.

We are always looking for motivated students who dare to plan and organize events for 160-200 people!
